- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No lock-in. All plans are annual subscriptions that you can cancel before renewal. We prefer to earn your renewal, not trap you into it.
- Do you offer discounts for schools or associations?
- Yes. We offer discounted pricing for school networks and associations managing multiple clubs. Get in touch to discuss your situation.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have full access to every feature on the plan you select, so you can run a real trial day or track real games before you decide.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards and can issue invoices for bank transfer payment. Contact us if you need a specific payment arrangement.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
- Your data is always yours. You can export everything at any time. If you cancel, your data remains available for 90 days for export.
