- Does GameStats work on Android?
- Yes. GameStats is a web app that works on any modern browser on Android, iOS, iPad, or desktop.
- What happens if my Wi-Fi drops mid-game?
- The console keeps working. Events queue locally in the browser and sync automatically when the connection comes back. The clock keeps the right time either way.
- Can I edit a player’s stats after a game is complete?
- You can soft-delete or edit individual events from the game’s timeline up until you close the game. Once Finish is tapped, events are locked. If you spot an error after closing, contact support.
- Can two coaches track the same game from two devices?
- Yes — generate a Console share token from the game and send the link to the second device. Both devices write to the same game in real time.
- Can I share a game’s stats with parents without giving them edit access?
- Yes — generate a Dashboard share token (read-only). Parents see scores, player stats, and the timeline; they can’t change anything.
- How do I add a player who arrives late to a trial?
- Tap Add Player from the trial management screen. The system slots them into upcoming rotations automatically.
- My trial CSV upload showed errors on some rows — what now?
- The other rows imported fine. Fix the flagged rows in your CSV (usually invalid position codes or missing names) and re-import — the platform deduplicates on player name, so re-importing won’t create duplicates of rows that already loaded.
- Can I run multiple trials simultaneously?
- Yes. Each trial is independent. You can have multiple trials running at the same time on different devices.
- Can selectors vote on their phone?
- Yes — the voting interface is mobile-first. Selectors open the share link in any browser; no app or account required.
- I closed my account by accident — can I get it back?
- Yes, within 30 days. Sign back in and click Restore account in the banner that appears.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. The Stripe Customer Portal opens, where you can cancel, update payment, or download invoices. Cancelling at period-end means you keep access until the date shown; cancelling immediately as part of closing your account is also supported.
